Forms can be obtained from the school reception from 15th December ’09 on all working days between 9:00 am and 11:00 am or can be downloaded from www.newstateacademy.org .
Last date for submission of filled up registration forms : 24th December 2009
Declaration of admission list 5th January 2010 at 3:00 pm.
