Evaluation has been the most intrinsic as well as sensitive issues dealt by any school in the past. Some measures and guidelines were requested from time to time to make the tedious process look simple at the implementation stage.
Keeping these facts in mind , we tried to incorporate this rock solid question in this one day workshop in the best possible way with some insights which I hope are here to stay.

Following aspects of CCE were discussed with the teachers:

(a) Relevance of Multi tasking or multi facet project work

The teachers were told the relevance of Multi tasking or multi facet project work through which teachers can judge multiple aspects of child like language teachers can check on communication skills, art teacher can check on aesthetic skills etc. Such projects will not only reduce the burden of teachers but will also be beneficial on part of the child who is facing the problems related to resources.

(b) How can we make Documentation of Formative Assessment Simpler?

(c) Relevance of AMP box.

(d) New teaching techniques like fish a question, HOT SEAT, Pass the buck etc were introduced to simplify teaching learning process and to make it interesting.

(e) How to make indicators and rubrics for Formative Assessment and what is the need for doing so?
